Albany, Texas Deer Hunts
The whitetail deer herd on this 14,500 acre ranch is under an extensive game and habitat
management program. By setting and maintaining harvest goals based on aerial and camera
surveys and by providing proper habitat through such practices as supplemental protein feeding,
winter and summer food plots we can assure both quality and quantity on our trophy deer hunts.
We also work in direct cooperation with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Biologists to
continually improve the wildlife & habitat on our ranch. By meeting certain management
conditions set by the TPWD, our ranch is allowed to operate under the MLDP (Managed Lands Deer
Permits) program. This program has allowed us maximize our ability to manage our whitetail deer
program for herd structure, health and trophy quality. Depending on the time of your hunt the
guides may utilize many hunting techniques to help ensure your success such as spot and stalk,
rattling, stand and driving/glassing are just some of the ways you maybe hunting.

Management Whitetail Buck Hunt (3 days) - $3000
All buck hunts at Albany include meals and lodging!
